Hope helped me advance my career by designing a bespoke development plan and supported me to learn the skills I needed. “Our stumbling block has been ‘communication and judgement’ and your workshop provided a safe space for each person to say what they were thinking without feeling this was ‘wrong’ or ‘offending anyone’.
The workshop broke a barrier we’ve been experiencing where giving feedback has been ‘taken personally’, but we now know how to do this in a way that’s more constructive and helpful, and everyone is clear about how feedback helps us and the business to grow.
